TrendBurst Digital Marketing Company – Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TrendBurst Digital Marketing Company (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


We offer a range of IT services, including but not limited to web development, software development, and digital marketing. The scope of services, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment and Invoicing

Clients agree to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Payments are to be made in the currency and method specified. Late payments may incur penalties. The Company retains the right to suspend services for non-payment. Digital Payments are available with no refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, designs, and content, developed during the provision of services will belong to the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will be granted the necessary rights to use the intellectual property for the products applicable and the client should discuss it before purchasing the service or product.

Purchasing some products or services does not give intellectual property rights.


Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project, including business strategies, technical information, and proprietary data.


The Company provides services with a reasonable level of care and expertise. However, we do not guarantee the success of any project, and the client acknowledges that some factors might be beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.


Either party can terminate a service agreement for breach of terms, insolvency, or other valid reasons. Termination terms and conditions will be detailed in the service agreement.


The Company retains the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
